About Heritage Valley Area
Heritage Valley Area is a residential neighbourhood in South West Edmonton, about 25 minutes (20 km) from downtown by car outside rush hour.
It is one of the newer parts of the city, and much of it is still being built, so the 2021 Census has little to say about it yet.
Designated Edmonton Public schools: elementary Steinhauer, junior high D. S. MacKenzie and high school Dr. Anne Anderson. Nearby neighbourhoods include Graydon Hill, Paisley and Rutherford.
