About Maple Ridge

The Maple Ridge neighbourhood is a mobile home park in southeast Edmonton. The neighbourhood is situated between the Maple Ridge Industrial Park and Southeast Industrial Park and much of the land to the south and east of the neighbourhood is currently in agricultural use. The neighbourhood, developed mainly in the 1970s, is home to a community of over 1,500 people and the vast majority of residential units are owner-occupied (97%).
