Home value
What is my home worth?
You can get a FREE written valuation of your home in Edmonton or the surrounding communities from a Flow State Realty REALTOR®. It is not an automated estimate: a member of the team pulls the recent comparable sales and active listings in your community, looks at your home's specifics, and sends a price range with the number we would list at and the reasoning. No cost, no obligation.
Price my home- Recent comparable sales from your community, not a city-wide average.
- A written price range and what we would list at.
- No obligation. Most people use it to plan, not to list.
FAQ
Questions people ask
Is this an automated estimate?
No. A REALTOR® on the team pulls the recent sales and active listings in your community, looks at your home's specifics and writes you a price range with the reasoning. Online estimators do not know your renovations, your lot or your block.
How long does it take?
It depends on whether a visit is needed and how many comparable sales there are to check. We give you a time frame as soon as we have your address and a few details.
What do you need from me?
The address, anything that has changed since you bought it, and a few photos if you have them. A short visit gives the best result but is not required.
Is a market analysis the same as an appraisal?
No. A market analysis is a REALTOR®'s opinion of likely selling price from comparable sales. An appraisal is a formal valuation by a licensed appraiser, which lenders require for financing. Many sellers start with the market analysis to plan.
Is there any cost or obligation?
None. Most people use the valuation to plan a move, a refinance or a renovation. If you later decide to sell, the analysis becomes the starting point for the listing price.
